Triple layered bustle skirt with vintage hankies. These are handmade by me using recycled materials. I use scraps of leather mostly from a local store. The belts, scarves, fabrics are all recycled, repurposed, second hand materials. I save every little scrap to hopefully put it to use later on down the road. Some parts may be perfectly imperfect as this is repurposing materials.
***SIZING is a Cinderella fit, please measure yourself and compare to the sizing stated below. Measurements are taken with the belt laying flat and measured end to the middle hole. There are 5 holes to allow for some adjustment***
This belt measures 28” to the middle hole Length is about 17"
